The total revenue from a cohort of customers at the end of a period compared to the start, including expansion, contraction, and churn. Functionally equivalent to NRR, often used interchangeably.


Net Dollar Retention (NDR)

Net Dollar Retention (NDR) measures the percentage change in recurring revenue from existing customers over a given period, including the effects of expansion, contraction, and churn. It is functionally identical to Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and the two terms are used interchangeably.
